Terms

1. The calculation for 1 rental day is from 14.00 pm on the rental day until 12.00 pm the following day

2. Rentals outside of rental hours will be subject to an extra charge for 1 item, for IDR 5000/hour

3. If the renters returns earlier than the rental period, there will be no refund of the remaining rental amount

4. Price includes 1 electric pump

5. Delivery working hours are from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm local time

6. Extra IDR 30.000 will be charged for delivery and pick-up outside delivery hours

7. By carrying out a transaction, the renters is deemed to agree to the terms and conditions

conditions

1. Renters are obliged to maintain the safety and cleanliness of rental items:

a) Do not place floatie too close to fire.

b) Do not leave floatie in direct sunlight for too long.

c) When inflating the floatie, make sure the floatie is filled to a maximum of 85% to avoid bursting.

d) When riding the floatie, make sure the it is above the water and do not jump on the floatie.

e) Avoid using floatie on rocky areas or with sharp surfaces.

f) Do not climb onto the floatie wings or pull on the floatie wings.

g) Keep away from items that can leave stains

2. If damage occurs, the renters must be responsible for the damage based on the following:

a) minor damage (a pinhole)

fee costs:

Rp. 100,000,- Mega Size Floaties

Rp. 50,000,- Medium & Fun Size Floaties

b) major damage (long tears, torn wings, floatie that cannot be patched, stains that cannot be removed)

fee costs:

Rp. 700,000,- Mega Size Floaties

Rp. 550,000,- Medium Size Floaties

Rp. 400,000,- Fun Size Floaties

c) loss of rental item

fee costs:

Rp. 100,000,- Electric Pump

Rp. 700,000,- Mega Size Floaties

Rp. 550,000,- Medium Size

Rp. 400,000,- Fun Size Floaties
